- Where do you ship?
- We ship across the U.S. and to Canada. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
- How long does delivery take?
- Standard U.S. delivery is 3–7 business days after a 1–2 day processing window. Expedited is 2–3 business days.
- What's your return policy?
- 30 days on unworn, tagged items. Free U.S. exchanges. See the Returns page for details.
- How do I know what size to order?
- Use the Size Guide for chest, waist, and thobe/abaya length measurements. Email us with your measurements if you'd like a recommendation.
- Do you offer personal training?
- Yes. 1:1, team, and 4-week structured programs out of our Alexandria, VA facility, with virtual 1:1 sessions available. See the Training page.
- What does the Membership include?
- Member discounts on merch (10–25% by tier), early drops, and training content. See the Membership page for the full breakdown.
